The BiLevel Trend III is a sophisticated, patient-centric BiPAP/BiLevel device offering customizable therapy for individuals with sleep apnea, COPD overlap, or other conditions needing dual-level airway support. Unlike standard CPAP, BiLevel therapy delivers separate inspiratory (IPAP) and expiratory (EPAP) pressures, reducing the work of breathing and enhancing ventilation.

With selectable therapy modes—including fixed, spontaneous (S), spontaneous/timed (S/T), and fully automatic—Trend III adapts to patient needs, providing either clinician-set or auto-adjusting pressure throughout the night. An adjustable backup rate guarantees safety for those with central sleep apnea, ensuring that therapy continues even if natural breathing pauses.
