The Heated Breathing Tube (LH1) by BMC delivers warm, humidified gas with minimal condensation for patients on non-invasive ventilation or high-flow therapy. Its built-in heating element and digital temperature controller keep gas at a stable setpoint (31 °C–40 °C), preventing “rain-out” and ensuring that moisture reaches the patient’s airway. The corrugated, silicone-lined tubing stays flexible during patient movement, maintaining lumen patency and consistent flow even when bent or twisted.

A 5″ LED display allows clinicians to set and monitor temperature in real time. If the gas temperature deviates by more than ± 2 °C, an audible and visual alarm alerts staff. Quick-release connectors for both power and tubing let you detach components rapidly for cleaning or replacement. The outer heat-resistant insulation minimizes heat loss and keeps the tube comfortable to touch. Universal 22 mm male connectors at both ends ensure seamless compatibility with all standard ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP units, and high-flow therapy devices.
