Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery Commitment: Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Variations: Actual delivery may vary based on product availability, your location, and factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather).

2. Replacements & Refunds

2.1 Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for replacement.

  • Request Window: Notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Replacement Delivery: We will ship your replacement within 5 business days of approval, subject to stock availability. Replacements will match the original item’s value or specification.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, your product must be:

  • Unused and unopened, in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

Note: Items damaged by customer misuse or negligence are not refundable.

2.3 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs if applicable.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if approved.

2.4 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional days to appear in your account.


3. Important Notes

  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Return Shipping: Unless we’re at fault, customers are responsible for return postage.

  • Exchanges: Treated as a new purchase—please place a fresh order for the desired item.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline refunds or replacements that don’t meet these criteria.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement without penalty.

  • After Processing: Once your order enters processing (beyond 2 hours) or ships, cancellation requests cannot be honored.

5. Refunds for PhonePe Payments

  • Processing: Refunds for PhonePe transactions are credited back to your PhonePe wallet or linked bank account.

  • Timeline: Credits appear within 5 business days of refund approval.

  • For PhonePe–specific inquiries, you may also contact PhonePe support directly.
